It's the full agreement between you and us about how you use the Service. • Third-party Social Media Service covers any services or content from other companies that we might display or include on the Service. • Website is the Dreampilot orchard platform. • You is whoever's accessing or using the Service—either as an individual or on behalf of a company or other legal entity.

These Terms and Conditions are what govern how you use this Service. They form the agreement between you and us. They lay out what everyone can and can't do when using the Service. When you access or use the Service, you're agreeing to follow these Terms and Conditions. They apply to everyone—visitors, users, anyone who touches the Service. By using it, you're saying you agree to be bound by what's written here. If you don't like any part of it, you shouldn't access the Service. You also need to be at least 18 years old. We don't let anyone younger than that use it.

Termination

We can shut down your access right away if we need to, without warning or explanation, for pretty much any reason. Breaking these Terms and Conditions is one of them. Once that happens, your ability to use the Service stops immediately.

Limitation of Liability

No matter what damages you end up facing, the Company and anyone supplying us parts of this service are only on the hook for what you actually paid us. If you haven't bought anything, the cap is 100 USD. Within the bounds of what the law allows, the Company and our suppliers won't be liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages. That includes lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, privacy breaches, or anything related to how the Service works or doesn't work—even if we knew it might happen and even if our remedy doesn't actually solve the problem.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service comes to you as-is and as-available. It has faults and defects. We're not making any kind of warranty about it. To the extent the law lets us, the Company and our Affiliates and anyone licensing or providing services to us are saying we don't warrant anything—not express, not implied, nothing—about the Service. That covers merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and anything else that might come from how you're using it. To be clear, neither the Company nor our providers are promising anything about whether the Service actually works or is available, whether the information and content on it is good, whether it'll run without interruptions or errors, or whether the stuff we tell you about is accurate and current. We're not promising the Service is free of viruses, malware, worms, or any other nasty stuff either.

Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, govern these Terms and how you use the Service. Depending on where you are, other local, state, national, or international laws might apply too. If something goes wrong and you're upset about the Service, we'd like to work it out informally first. Compliance & Regulations

For European Union (EU) Users: As an EU consumer, you get the protection of the laws where you live, and we can't take those away from you. United States Legal Compliance: You're confirming that you're not in a country under US embargo or labeled by the US as a terrorist-supporting nation. You're also not on any US government list of banned or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

If a court says part of these Terms can't be enforced, we'll rewrite it to get as close as possible to what we intended while staying legal. Everything else stays in effect. If we don't enforce something in these Terms at one moment, that doesn't mean we can't enforce it later. And if we let one thing slide, that's not us saying we'll let everything slide.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We might translate these Terms for you on the Service, but if there's a dispute, the English version is what counts. We can change these Terms whenever we want. If it's a big change, we'll try to give you at least 30 days before the new version kicks in. Keep using the Service after that and you're agreeing to the new Terms. These terms became effective on August 28, 2026.
